School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS)
At Reservoir Views Primary School, we use School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) to create a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.
SWPBS provides a consistent approach across the school, helping students understand what positive behaviour looks like in different settings while supporting their social, emotional and academic growth.
By focusing on prevention, clear expectations and informed decision-making, we can spend more time building positive relationships and engaging students in learning.

Acknowledging Expected Behaviour
At Reservoir Views Primary School, our House Points system celebrates students who demonstrate our school values of Courage, Connection and Curiosity, alongside the expected behaviours from our SWPBS Matrix.
Students earn house points for showing positive behaviours, with staff using consistent language to recognise their efforts. These points contribute to each house total across the term, encouraging teamwork and pride within our four houses: Bundabun, Marram, Muk Muk and Bunjil.
At the end of each term, the winning house celebrates their achievements together with a whole-house reward.
